Weigh Label Systems
We produce a range of Weigh/Label Stations, designed specifically for the Meat and Food Processing, Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics industries. These stations utilise our innovative Weigh/Label System software to weigh, label, verify and sort a variety of products and cartons, depending on the hardware options and software configuration selected.
The Weigh/Label Station design is modular, based on a stainless steel frame, with powered or free rollers, and has options such as a Touchscreen Computer; a scale base and indicator; an Intermec label printer; and a barcode verification scanner. The top of the line model incorporates an AutoApply System applicator with a Weigh/Label Station, thus automating the process of applying labels.
The modular design of both hardware and software gives maximum flexibility and efficiency in the production of both pieces and cartons. Our manual Weigh/Label Stations can be used in any of three modes: (1) Piece mode; (2) Carton mode; or (3) Mixed mode, in which the one station weighs and labels each individual piece into a carton, then aggregates the piece data to produce a complete carton label.
All touchscreen computers and label printers in our Weigh/Label Stations are provided with network connectivity, enabling product specifications, label formats, and production order details to be downloaded simply and quickly and production data to be made available in real time, enterprise-wide.
The Weigh Label Systems can be stand-alone for single users or networked for multiple station requirements. Remote management is also provided to edit, manipulate and report on production.
